New IPC Edge Certification Portal 2.0:

In August 2018 IPC drastically changed its online registration system (CQI Portal). The new IPC Edge Certification Portal 2.0 helps the trainer to register participants. The new Portal 2.0 is faster, more effective, easier and clearer in use.
Advantage: The certificates are now sent directly by IPC to the participant.

New IPC Edge Essentials mandatory for each student (CIS, CIT and MIT):

In August 2018 IPC introduced a mandatory introduction module (pre-course module) for each participant of any IPC training programme (CIS, CIT, MIT). Every participant has to view the Online IPC-Essentials film and the associated Policies & Procedures. They receive 20 multiple-choice questions about this and they have to answer at least 80% correctly, otherwise they cannot participate in the training programme.

New Policies & Procedures version 6.1:

In August 2018 the IPC Policies & Procedures have changed from version 6.0 to version 6.1. The new EDGE 2.0 exam system is incorporated in this. The new Enhanced Policies & Procedures (E – P & P) are part of the mandatory introduction module (pre-course module) for each training programme. A link to the new Policies & Procedures (version 6.1) can be found on our PIEK website.
