PIEK recently spoke with Chemtronics´ Kevin Wright and Jens Eden. Kevin works for ITW CC from the UK as a Regional Sales Manager, while Jens is not only responsible as a Business Manager for the European market on behalf of ITW and Chemtronics but he also liaises with the Factories within ITW. Within the Electronics Team is Anette Lohnert based in Germany as a Regional Sales Manager.
Kevin: ‘I met Rob Walls at the Productronica in 2023, and at the beginning of this year I had a talk with him at PIEK’s head office. The main reason to sponsor PIEK is that we operate in the same segment, so our client base partly overlaps. The users of our products are also PIEK’s customers, and PIEK’s customers are also potential customers for us. There is quite some synergy that benefits both companies. During courses PIEK’s customers get to know our products first hand and experience their added value. This is how they will go and use them in their companies from then on.’
When asked which options for further cooperation or support ITW could see in the future, Jens says: ‘We always look ahead and invest in long-term relationships. Of course we will evaluate our cooperation regularly, because that makes perfect business sense, but we do always look at long-lasting partnerships. For ITW CC, PIEK is a professional and solid organisation, working in the same industry, namely in design, prototyping, design, rework and repair of printed circuit boards, so cooperation is a logical choice.’
PIEK’s Rob Walls is very happy with the cooperation with the Chemtronics and Techspray brands: “Our interests run parallel, i.e. offering high-quality products and services to our customers, and that is why we are very pleased to be working with ITW Contamination Control and their brands.’
